BOGATYR bare-root grafted table grapevine

Early blue table grape variety with attractive, huge berries of excellent taste, high market value and high resistance to diseases and frost. According to the author, Ukrainian breeder Mr. Kalugin, Bogatyr is among the top 10 varieties that he has bred.

Flowers: hermaphroditic, self-fertile
Growing season: early, 120 - 125 days, ripens in second half of August
Shoot vigour: strong
Clusters: large, weight 800 - 1200 g, cylindrical, moderately dense. The grapes have a high market value, good storability and transportability.
Berry: huge, weight 30 g or more, size 48 x 30 mm, egg-shaped with a fine skin. Balanced in size, the berries are resistant to cracking even in rainy weather.
Pulp: very dense, crispy and juicy
Berry color: dark blue to black
Taste: harmonious with a balanced ratio of sugar and acids, very much appreciated
